Trying to remove the left rear rotor but it's stuck at the top of the rotor. The right side came right off but the left is stuck. The E brake is off and those E brake pads are depressed. It seems like its stuck on the E brake assembly. Any suggestions?

Hi cahwyman,

Thank you for the donation.

If the E-brake is holding the rotor from being removed, you need release the shoes by using the adjuster.

The adjuster can be accessed by the rubber plug and is located at bottom.
