I have a oversized drain bolt installed in my oil pan, how long can I drive the car in this condition, and is it expensive to replace?

depends on how much oil is leaking from the plug. If it works then it works. Personally I would like what came in there. I'm guessing the plug threads stripped out. Its best to get a new oil pan. Its easier than drilling, tapping, and putting a heli coil for it. HTH.
