1998 Toyota Camry 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive 172000 miles

What damage can be caused by driving 98 toyota 2.2 engine after overfilling with at least 3 qts of oil? Car was driven at least 50-100 miles.

Any blue smoke coming out of the exhaust tail pipe and weird knocking noises in the engine if not keep on driving
