1998 Toyota Camry HORN WONT TURN OFF, PARK LIGHTS ON

Noises problem
1998 Toyota Camry 6 cyl Automatic 214,00 miles

My car got flooded and right after the park lights came on and the horn wont turn off. it's a constant horn and I can only make it stop by taking out the fuse. The car starts and runs fine, but I have to disconnect the battery when I go to work or to the store, etc. so that the parking lights dont drain the battery. ANY ADVISE???

It sounds as if both your horn and parking lights have been grounded. it would be near impossible to pinpoint just wear without seeing it so i suggest taking it to a shop for a quick diagnostic.
