new battery and alternator installed odometer and rpm readings are not working

Under the dash junction box (fuse box), check fuse gauge fuse 10A, panel fuse #7.5A and ignition fuse 5A. Also, under the hood junction box, left side of engine compartment, check fuse dome 7.5A.
