Brakes problem
1998 Toyota Camry 4 cyl 144k p miles

when I start my car and put in gear there's a dummy light on the dash indicating a brake light malfunction and sure enough I have no brake lights. I check the fuse it's okay try to check for brake light actuator but located none. the bulbs are good. can you help?
