1998 Toyota Camry 4 cyl Automatic 180000 miles

I have a 98 toyota camry and its an automatic. When i take off the car struggles and in low gear it makes a rattling/vibrating noise and when i get into a higher gear it stops. any ideas on what it could be or whether i should be worried?

I would be getting the transmission checked over and get a full tune up including having a scan done to check for any unresolved fault codes, start here.
