1998 Toyota Camry

I had the timing belt replaced and have been having a squealing sound ever since. Took it back & the mechanic said the crankshaft pulley needs to be replaced as it wobbles. My question is can this simply be tightened or does it in fact require replqacement?

If its loose and tightened and still wobbly the pulley has to be replaced
