1997 Toyota Camry wipers

intermittent wiper stopped working, it now only works on 1 speed, continuous and if I turn it off the blades do not retract all the way down they will stop in the middle of the windshield.

Is this an easy part to replace?

Hi there,

This is normally a faulty wiper motor.
