My rear running lights are out and my license plate light is also out. Fuses have been checked. Bulbs have been replaced. What is my next step. Thanks.

Ther is most likely broken wires in the harness that comes into the trunk. As you face the back of the car, on the left side(drivers) trunk hinge there is a wiring harness. This is all the wires for the tail lights. It bends back ond forth when the trunk is opened and closed. In that area were the hinge is you should find broknen wires.
