1997 Toyota Camry how to reset monitor

I went for Emission test twice after new batery and afer installing oxygen sensor. They rejected and said monitoring system not reset after repair work and they charge money for doing nothing. Pleae let me know how to reset monitoring system after repair so next time no problem.

Computer monitor all system on car
and they have to all go throw a drive cycle
my suggestion is to run the car for a good 50 or so miles on the free way and same stop and go city driving
