Hello, I have a check engine light that just came on in my Camry and got back the code: P0450 Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor Malfunction.

What is going on and how can I fix it? I have a friend whom is a Mechanic so I just really need to figure out whats wrong with it so that I can fix it. I really dont want to go to a Autoshop as I dont trust them and dont want to pay an arm or leg as I plan on buying a newer car sometime next year. But I have to get this check engine light off as I also have to update my Registration and I know that my car wont pass the Emissions Test with a Check Engine Light on. Please help.
