WHAT CAUSES THE RADITER TO SOUND LIKE IT IS BOILING OVER WHEN I TURN MY CAR OFF? IT HAS WATER AND COOLIENT IN THE CAR. OIL IS FINE, WATER IS FINE.

If water is boiling in radiator then it is overheating. Since gauge is reading normal I would suspect faulty coolant temp. Sensor.
