1996 Camry LE trunk lock will not work

We have a 1996 Camry LE trunk lock that will not work. I want to remove the trunk lid cover so that I can remove the lock cylinder. The bolts have a "cross" symbol on them. Do you know which tool I need to remove these bolts?

I don't have a 96 Camry but the only tool I can think of for cross symbol is a philips screwdriver. But this is for a screw not for a bolt.
If it is a bolt, Toyota uses metric size wrenches. Size 8, 10, 12, 14, 17 and 19 wrenches.
