1995 Toyota Camry Steering Column Vibrates at idle

1995 TOYOTA CAMRY

When I am idling at a light, in gear with the brakes, on the steering column vibrates. A little less when shifted into neutral. Changed all motor mounts but vibration persists. Any suggestions?

start by looking for a vacuum leaks
clean idle air control valve
check EGR operation
is it due for a tune-up?
