Hi there,
you will have to replace the seat belt as they are non repairable. You should never use a second hand belt as you don't know the history of it and it may have been over tensioned in an accident, replace with a new belt this is the only safe way to go. As long as it has no electric pre tensioner you should be able to do the installation your self.
