my 94 camry with 203,000+ miles has recently been making a revving/whirring noise. the sound is louder when i accelerate, and occasionally the car doesn't have good pickup and the RPM gauge climbs abnormally high for a few seconds. for the most part the car drives fine, but today it didn't start right away, and the noise was persistant. any ideas?
