1994 Toyota Camry 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i put 10 dollars in my car just yesterday. Then i went to a friends house and came back home shortly.on the way home i notice my gas hand had been droppin back down to e and the light would come on then go off

There is a sender in tank that sends a signal to gauge. Over time they become coated with varnish from gasoline deterioation.

I would get some "SeaFoam" at local autoparts store, pour can in tank and fill up. It should help clean the sender, may take a few cans and a few tanks of gas.
