1994 Toyota Camry 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I'm trying to locate the bank one, sensor one oxygen sensor in my 1994 v6 Toyota Camry. Where exactly is it located? Also, if I replace it, will it keep my vehicle from dying at startup?
