1993 Toyota Camry Ignition Locked

How do you unlock the ignition.

Turned car off came in house for awhile then when I went back out the key will not turn. Made sure it was fully in park, wiggled stering wheel to make sure it wasn't locked

Could be the shift interlock control solenoid-have you tried the override system?
