1993 Toyota Camry High pitch

When in idle, my cars makes a high pitch noise. When I'm at a stop and I'm holding the brake, the steering wheel shakes. If I put it in park, it idles fine, besides the pitch noise. Just wondering if I should get it checked out. Other then that, the car runs fine.

Check all the drive belts-especially the steering pump-unable to find it -bring it in
