1993 Toyota Camry Hard maing left turns

I have a 1993 Toyota Camry 4 dr 4 cyl automatic. 125965 current miles. This problem just started. Occassionally when I make left turns the steering wheels get really hard and then trying to bring it back to center is hard. Thank you

Raise car, put on stands, if turning is difficult then rack would be suspect.

Other problem could be PS pump, ball joints, outer tie rod.
