Auto starter will not turn over; no 12 vdc voltage is present at the electrical plug for the starter solenoid; it will not turn over in either park or neutral; I will check the neutral start switch plug tomorrow for corrosion. Can you provide me with a start circuit electrical schematic or tell me what items are in the starting circuit?

Check the ST main fuse 30amp and starter relay. The starter relay has to ground out in order for the black and red wire on the starter solenoid to have power.
