1992 Toyota Camry 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 201K miles

I have a 1992 toyota camry. I just bought it from a dealership 3 months ago. My car starts just fine but from a dead stop the car accels very slow and the rpm is above 4000. Then when im on the highway the engine shakes and keep up a noise when im between 2000 and 3000 rpm. Do it need just a basic tune up or is it something else, because I did get hold of some bad gas a few weeks back and ever since, i've had problems.

If problem was not there before the bad gas incident, then it should not be anything major, replacing the bad gas and some minor tune up should get it back in good working order again.

Is the Check Engine Light showing?

If problem had been there since you bought the vehicle, you might need to check ignition, fuel or mechanical systems.
