When I pump the gas the rpm moves a little where it is suppose to move much more. The meter is faulty. Tell me how to fix rpm meter? Or where is the rpm meter sensor or switch?

The communication is done between the gauge and the powertrain control module (PCM). I would recommend having that checked. It is an expensive part and I wouldn't want you to replace it without being 100% sure.
