1992 camry rattling noise from drivers side tire

1992 camry, 4 cyl. automatic w/226000 miles. When driving over bumpy terrain in the city I hear a bad rattling noise coming from the drivers side tire. Is this a sign that the CV joint is worn, or just needs repacked.

Could be and a loose tie rod/stabilizer bar.
