1991 Toyota Camry battery or alternator?

1991 Toyota Camry 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

my charge lightwent onand my car stopped. My friend said it was the alternator, he put in a used one.Two months later the charge light goes on again. we put a new battery and it started but the charge light is still on. we had the alternator tested and the shop said it was fine. If I drive the car my battery dies. I don't know what to do. Can you help me please?

Hi there,

I would be having the alternator charge rate re checked, if the light is on there is a charging problem,. also check that the all the battery terminals are clean & tight start here.
