my dad has this 1990 toyota camry 4cyl 2.0 engine when driving he has a vibration when the car turns to the right even a little to the right you get the vibration he has changed the bearing and spindle still has problem if he has the wheels straight or to the left no vibration has also put a new rotor and brakes any thought much appreciated......

Check to ensure tires are properly inflated, balanced and not out-of-round. Barring any problems w/ that I would suspect the driveaxles/CV joints. These have a tendency to create vibrations (when they are going bad), both during acceleration/ deceleration and at highway speeds.

I would also suspect a bearing but, you said they have been changed so, I suspect the driveaxles. Not quite sure what you mean by "spindle."
