HI there,

The drain plug is at the bottom of th sump (oil pan) best to have the engine warm when changing the oil, but be careful , the engine oil can get very hot! Ask for a new sump plug seal as this should be replaced as well, it is just a washer that seals the plug. The oil filter in on the front of there engine near the exhaust manifold, so watch out for the hot manifold, it will get very hot very quickly if the engine has been run, make sure that you re check the oil level after you fill it up and give it a run to fill the filter, also check for leaks at the drain plug and filter when finished.
