1990 Toyota Camry driver side seat belt does not retrack

My automatic seat belt does not work and is stuck i just got a fix it ticket from the highway patrol please help

Check the fuses if this is the auto retracting seat belt because something could have happened to make it blow. If those are fine listen to where the seat belt connects to the frame and if it is making a sound then it must be that the motor is either blown or it is of the track. I suggest taking it to a shop that you can trust to have that fixed.
