1990 Toyota Camry blower fan

for about 4 years the blower fan didnot work on the lower speeds. it only worked on high. now it doesnot work on high, are there resistors that may go bad?

Yes, there should be a fan speed resistor located next to the blower motor.Sounds like that one has gone bad
