1990 Camry "lights" sign in the dash

I have a !990 toyota camry, and I have a problem with the light sign that shows up in the dash. I have replace every rear light bulb and the bulb holders and it still shows. This happens everytime I step on the brakes, then the light turn on and it doesnt go away, I dont know what the problem is, So if anyone knows what it could be please give some advice.

I had the same problem with my camry(yellow light in a shape of a car with lines in the back of the car), if this is the case, the third brake light is broken which is located by your rear window. . . .i hope this helps and it is really cheap to repair it
