i just purchased a 1989 toyota camry with the v6 it has an exhaust leak that im aware of but it seems to be getting horrible gas milage about 9 mpg does anyone know what this may be caused by

When was the last major tune-up?

Also where precisely is the leak coming from? I need to know this because of the oxygen sensor.
