1989 Toyota Camry HELP!!!!!

Hi my name is Ivan, I have a Camry 89, it was running good, and at the stop sign, start hesitating and stop....start again, and run for 3 blocks, and stop again. I changed the fuel filter and the distributor cap , start again, and around my block stop again...and now it dos not wan to start, I got no idea what it is, please help.
