Transmission problem
1989 Toyota Camry 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

i recently removed the engine and transmission so I could repair and oil leak on the top seal where the timing belt is located and all so replaced clutch plate and disc. After I put it all back together, I cranked the car up and then put the shift in reverse and it stuck in reverse and the 0 on the crank/cam shaft which I think the belt mite need to be aligned again, is not aligned where it should be. What can I do

Check that the two selector cables are installed correctly and the shifter quadrant in the cabin is ok, as for the valve timing check as per pic.

Im confused on how to adjust timing and or do I have to remove transmission again

You will not have to remove the transmission, but is the valve timing correct as per the pic's I posted.
