When it rains hard I havw water on my driver side. the ruggets really wet. Is there anything about water leaking from the sun roof??

Is the headliner wet? If not it could be leaking around the windshield, use either flowable RTV, or butyl. Seal all the way around the glass. If headliner is wet, a drain tube may have popped off.
