2002 Toyota Avalon s. wheel shakes, all the time, not when

steering wheel shakes all the time, but not when

brakes are applied. the brakes are all new, and the

car has has the front end alligned, and looked over

by numerous mechanics. the car was in an accident

before i owned it.

what coud it be? thanks very much, Erick
