2001 Toyota Avalon P1135 Error code

My check engine light came on and when autozone used the OEM computer the code P1135 Air/sesor heater circuit response (bank 1 sensor 1) wiht problem cause "open or short circut condition, 2 poor electrical connection. What is this referring too?

Hi ricauc,

The Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) is faulty on bank 1. It needs replacement if there is nothing wrong with the wiring circuit.
