2001 Toyota Avalon idle speed control valve

Attempting to find info on the idle speed control valve, as I am having intermitant problems with low idle speeds on startup after car is hot.

A problem with the idle air control valve will give you an OBD2 P0505. Find it and clean it out and also check the coolant temperature and throttle position sensors.
