2000 Toyota Avalon should the coolant and power steering be

Do I flush the coolant and power steering? It has not been done since i've had this car. Maintain it properly with the exceptions of never flushing out those systems.

Unquestionably do the antifreeze! WAAAYYYY past due! Leave the steering alone unless you are having trouble with it.
