1999 Toyota Avalon Insrtument Cluster lighting

The lights on the cluster are out. All other lghting inside , Tranny position etc...are working. No fuse, I could find for cluster lighting. Perhaps the instr. cluster is defective??

Meter cluster lighting is linked to taillights, check if the taillights are working. If no taillights, either the switch is bad or you have a blown taillight fuse.
