1996 Toyota Avalon trouble codes

I been getting the PO300, 301, and 303 codes and wanted to try and fix the problem this weekend,
what would you suggest I check first?

Thanks for the donation

These codes all indicate a misfire on cylinders 1 and 3. I suggest checking your spark plugs and fuel injectors for proper operation. I would suspect a faulty coil pack since it is 1 and 3 cylinders. Post results of the spark and fuel injector inspection and I will follow up.
