1995 Toyota Avalon I screwed up

I was trying to jump off my avalon with one of those power pack/air pump emergency deals. I accidentally attacrhed the neg & pos terminals backwards and went to try to crank the car. I guess 20 to 30 seconds went by before I realized what i had done.
Now after changing the polarity I get nothing. Where
should I start as to finding out what I screwd up? and how do I fix it.

Start by checking all the fusible links and miniature fuses, if you're not electrically incline bring it to the pros.
