Engine Mechanical problem
1995 Toyota Avalon 6 cyl Automatic 168000 miles

I have bad oil leak. Was told me to sell car. Is having the engine rebuilt a reasonable option. This is my teenage sons car. I can't afford a newer car ( taxes,insurance, cost of car)

Hi there,

Before i can offer any advice, i really need to know where the oil leak is coming from, most leaks can be repaired at a reasonable cost, so try and indicate as best as you can the location of the leak and the severity so i can advise you as best as possible.
