Throttle sticking, breaks high pitch noise

I bought a brand new 2004 Prerunner a few years ago. No history or problems or repairs until now. The breaks and gas pedal are crap now. And now the dealer I took it to for repair is saying there's nothing wrong.
Is that a throttle cable problem? Brake pad replacement? What do I tell them?
Also, I think there a recall on this at some point. A break part of these trucks had to be recalled and replaced?
They're such jerks at this dealership too. If I had a man, I'd stick him on these guys and make them take me seriously. But no such luck. So I'm asking on here and hopefully someone can give me some advice. Thanks!

I don't think! You have a throttle cable problem -perhaps the throttle plate is sticking within the throttle body that needs some serious cleaning

The Brakes for 2 yrs is should be beyond the breaking point-have them open it up check the rotors and pads, and ask whether its an OEM parts.
