Start question

My husband's battery died on his Toyota 4-Runner, I had it charged and now there is juice but there is a relay switch or something I can't find in order for me to start the engine. It's a 95. This happened last year but I can't remember. My husband is currently in Baghdad and I'm trying to keep his truck up and running while he's gone. I could use the help. :) Thank you.
