I have a 1991 Toyota 4Runner, stick shift, 4WD, with approx. 177,000 miles on it. I recently had the clutch replaced. Since then, I have had a difficult time accelerating whenever I shift gears, especially when going from 1st to 2nd. I was wondering two things: 1) In general, what could be causing this problem; and 2) Is it possible that something during the clutch replacement process may have contributed to the problem?
