2006 Toyota 4Runner Service Engine light and Emissions code

I have codes P043E, P043F, P2401, P2402 and P2419 coming in. I have already replaced the gas cap. A Toyota dealer is telling me ~$500 for Charcoal Canister replacement and labor. If I have to pay that........ OK, but do you think that is the right thing to do or is there something else to check before just parts changing?
