2000 Toyota 4Runner sluggest

My truck runs very sluggest I think maybe the oxygen sensor is bad, how can I be sure. Is it possible it just needs a good tune up by the way I just had my timing belt change but that was not the problem.

You can start by giving it a major tune-up and then have the computer scanned for OBD2 code/s.
