2000 Toyota 4Runner rough idle, car wont go

Electrical problem
2000 Toyota 4Runner 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Disconnected battery to clean battery terminals. When I started car, idles rough and will barely move. Engine light was on before I disconnected battery, now it's off. Car was running fine before disconnecting battery.

Scan the computer for code/s and go from there if any I've check for computer relearning couldn't come up with it-
